A beautiful agricultural seaside site with spectacular views is being transformed into a residential estate. Extremely high quality of design and construction is required, but the result must blend into the traditional countryside.
Detailing was developed to address all issues from soil retention and rain-water management to roads and lighting, all harmonizing with the island’s historic landscape and buildings.
The scope included landscape masterplanning through to extensive construction documents of all site and landscape features including roads, paths, terraces, walls, utility networks, vegetation-based sewage treatment, and lighting.
