A beautiful agricultural seaside site with spectacular views is being transformed into a residential estate. Extremely high quality of design and construction has been implemented leading into a result which blends into the traditional countryside.

Detailing was developed to address all issues from soil retention and rain-water management to roads and lighting and planting/ softscape, all harmonizing with the island’s historic landscape and buildings.

The scope included landscape masterplanning through to extensive construction documents of all external site and landscape features including roads, paths, terraces, walls, utility networks, vegetation-based sewage treatment, and lighting.
